Nikhil ("Nik") Vyas is a North Carolina native whose practice is dedicated to commercial real estate and business law. His legal career began at a high-volume real estate firm, where he developed a strong foundation in title examination, due diligence, and the complexities of real property ownership. That experience instilled a belief that successful transactions are built on thorough preparation, attention to detail, and proactive risk management.

 

Nik represents developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in a broad range of commercial real estate matters. His practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, development, financing, and transactional due diligence involving retail shopping centers, mixed-use and multifamily developments, undeveloped land, outparcels, flex and industrial properties, and hospitality assets.

 

In addition to transactional work, Nik serves as trusted outside counsel to businesses and real estate professionals, advising on entity formation, contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day legal matters. He is committed to providing practical, business-focused guidance that helps clients achieve their objectives while minimizing legal risk.
